Holy Grounds Craft Fair

Crafters and artisans are invited to display and sell their goods at the first Holy Grounds Craft Fair on Saturday, December 7, from 9am till noon. Sell your homemade goods, take orders for custom items, and promote your business to the community!

Vendors supplied with 6' table at the Holy Grounds Craft Fair and a black table cover; only a few tables will be near an outlet. There is a maximum of 20 vendor tables available, and we must have a minimum of 10 to put the Craft Fair on. Vendors must register by November 29 to secure their spot (though we encourage you to reserve your spot early to ensure the Craft Fair will happen). If we do not receive enough vendor registrations, refunds will be issued.

Priority is given to vendors who are part of an FRCS family, and vendors must be at least 18 years of age*. We expect at least 100 people to attend, so we encourage you to have plenty of inventory (or samples if your goods are all custom made) on hand.

Vendors must sell goods that are consistent with FRCS's core values and all must be hand made or hand crafted, but all manner of goods are welcome. Potential vendor's goods include, but are not limited to: soaps, fragrances, jewelry, wood crafts, textiles, paper art, yarn and needle crafts, pottery, ceramics, baked goods, silk floral arrangements, candles, wreaths, ornaments, and so much more.

*We are working on creating a craft fair specifically for students to showcase their talents and businesses, which we hope to launch this spring. This could be a great opportunity for your student to share their work and connect with the community. Thank you for your understanding that this event is for adult vendors, and please keep an eye out for details on our upcoming event!
